We build them in timber or metal stud, run sound insulation through the void as standard, and leave the wall skimmed rather than handing you a boarded shell to find another trade for.
Built for sound, not just for show
Acoustic mineral wool in the void, staggered board joints and sealed perimeters make an enormous difference between rooms. It costs very little extra at build stage and is impossible to add cheaply later.
Doors, sockets and services
Openings framed with proper structural heads, noggins put in where you'll want a TV or shelves, and voids left clear for your electrician to run cables. Tell us where the sockets go before we board and it stays tidy.
Finished, not left half done
Taped, jointed and skimmed to the same standard as the rest of the room, with a matching arris on the new corner. Skirting and architrave can be fitted on request.
