The practical issue is nearly always access and downtime. We work evenings and weekends where a business can't close, and we set out the grid so tiles line up with the walls rather than leaving a thin sliver down one side.
Setting out
Grid centred on the room so cut tiles are balanced on both sides, laser-levelled perimeter trim, and coordination with lighting positions before a single hanger goes in.
Systems and tiles
Standard 600x600 and 1200x600 grids, plus tiles rated for humidity in kitchens and washrooms, acoustic tiles for meeting rooms, and hygiene-rated boards for clinical spaces.
