What we found
A business unit near the town centre with one large open floor. The tenant needed private offices and a meeting room, with real sound separation for client calls.
The solution
What we did
Metal stud partitions built and double-boarded with acoustic board, mineral wool through every void, door openings framed, service voids left for the electrician, then taped and skimmed. Ceiling tiles replaced where the new walls met the grid.
