The problem
What we found
A tired 1970s office suite with a sagging grid, water-stained tiles and cabling draped over the old ceiling. The tenant could not close for the work.
The solution
What we did
Old grid stripped out, new perimeter trim laser-levelled, grid set out centrally so cut tiles balanced on both sides, and acoustic tiles fitted around existing lighting with new access panels. Installed between 5pm and 9pm across two evenings.
