What we found
A landlord had a two-bed terrace returned with black mould in both bedrooms, a damp patch behind the kitchen units and plaster failing in the hall.
The solution
What we did
Diagnosed as a mix of condensation upstairs and a leaking waste connection behind the units. Fan upgraded to a humidity-sensing unit, cold reveals insulated, leak repaired, affected plaster removed and the property re-skimmed throughout. Photos sent daily to the owner, who lives in Leeds.
