The problem
What we found
Standing water after heavy rain, salt damage to the brickwork and an unusable cellar full of damp cardboard boxes.
The solution
What we did
Walls prepared back to masonry, a cavity drain membrane system installed with a perimeter channel and sump pump, then battened, boarded and skimmed. Ventilation added and a light-coloured finish left ready to decorate.
