A 1960s semi with small separate rooms at the back, tired plaster and nowhere sensible for a television in the lounge.
The solution
What we did
Wall between kitchen and dining room removed with a steel, whole rear of the house reboarded and skimmed, and a stud media wall built with a recessed screen, electric fire opening and hidden cable runs.
